How to reset a lost password

If you have lost your password, resetting it is relatively straightforward

For reasons of confidentiality, RDC do not have a record of your password, so are unable to simply send you one.
The easiest way to reset a lost password is to follow the steps below.

Go to and click on “Reset your forgotten password”.
On the next screen enter your email.
You will then receive an email to your inbox from which will contain a link that you need to follow. (Please note: This link is only valid for ten minutes).
When you have clicked the link you will be able to enter and confirm a password of your choice. This password will now apply to all RDC products and services.
